黃珮琪《在我離開之後》
After I left - HUANG, Pei-Qi 在2014年7月離家出走成為失蹤人口的那段日子所創作的作品《neurotic》、《觸》、《行走》,將在這次的《在我離開之後》的主題中展出。「離家」是種被迫執行的行動,這個行動建立在家庭衝突之上。從離開家後的精神狀態,逐漸轉移至身體上觸覺行為的再現。 《在我離開之後》爬梳離家之後到現在支離破碎的記憶到對於自身行為的檢視,當時的作品對我而言,那是語言的紀錄,也是自我精神療育的行為。 "Neurotic", "touch" and "walking" these works were created by the days I left my family. And all show in ‘’ After I left ’’. "Leaving Home" is a special life experience, it is kind of forcing action, this behavior is based on family conflict. After leaving home, the relationship of myself start to transfer to the touch action. "After I left" the plan is for sort out from fragmented memory to view my own touch behavior. At that time the work for me, it is the language of the record, but also the spirit of self-treatment behavior. |
楊紫芹《想像一個遠方》
Envisioning a Distance - YANG, Tzu-Chin 這個展覽的主軸是透過某種媒介為觀看方式想像,過去或未來或是遠方,呈現一種想像的不穩定性和心裡揣摩的過程。 有一次在帳單上看到:「THERE ARE NO FACTS,ONLY INTERPRETATIONS.」是尼采曾說過的,覺得很適合取其字面說明我的作品本質:沒有所為真實,我只是試著詮釋。我意圖呈現不同的解讀方式,但連接真實的世界卻參差不齊的斷裂。這種不合時宜恰好就是我作品中需要的物件,並讓意義隨著介面產生、消失。 The subject of this exhibition uses the way of viewing the media as the mean to imaging the unknown while letting thought process construct our imaginations. This concept is derived from my personal experience, when I saw the phrase on restaurant bill tray: “THERE ARE NO FACTS, ONLY INTERPERATIONS” by Friedrich Wilhelm Nietzsche. I felt this phrase reflects the concept of my art that there is no truth in art, only my attempt to interpret its meaning. When I tried to interpret my art in various viewpoints, art detaches itself from the reality. This irrelevant relationship is what I needed in my work to let meaning to be created and to be departed. |
